Exceptional Recovery & Amazing Customer Service

I went to another Great Clips location just before this one and had a very bitter experience with poor customer service. I came here right after that and explained the situation to Hannah, and she handled everything exceptionally well. She patiently listened to my concerns, clearly understood my needs, and completely fixed my haircut and beard trim by redoing the entire thing. What truly stood out was her professionalism and kindness—she took full responsibility to make it right and didn’t even charge me. I’ve been taking myself and my kids to Great Clips for a while and have never before posted a review. The quality of service that we have been getting at our local Great Clips is worth talking about.The Great Clips at 5341 Holly Springs Pkwy, Ste 201 in Woodstock, GA 30188 has a stylist that is 2nd to none - Tiffani. She is extremely skilled at what she does and provides the absolute best haircuts that my 2 boys and I have ever had at ANY salon.
