It would take too long to adequately leave a thorough review of why not to hire this company. Short story it took a year. A whole year to get my basement 80% finished. Gamble with this if you wish.

We contracted GA Pride for our Kitchen remodel and nothing about this project met our expectations. What should have taken weeks turned into months. Never once did the owner actually tell us he was running 4 weeks out, he only proceeded to make excuses as to why no one showed up when they were supposed to. The only time the owner came by was to pick up his checks, he never stayed long enough to verify that quality work was being done. We are still cleaning up paint splatters from the careless painting that was done and not to mention all the other little touch up work the crew left unfinished. Very unsatisfactory experience.

Had appointment for an estimate, someone showed up, and sat outside in the car talking on the phone for 45 minutes, then left. No call, nothing. Husband called and our call was returned with a lame excuse about "a problem" somewhere. If whoever it was had hung the phone up, he could have done the estimate in less than that 45 minutes. If this is how little they care about getting a job, I cannot imagine they'd care much more while doing the job.
