No frills dentist that takes care of business. Two times here. I had a tooth extracted at a fancier place called Old Town Dentistry Woodstock and the lady was clearly high or coming down with shaky hands and shitty service, left a ton of material in my mouth that I had to deal with for months. These folks are not going to wow you in the waiting room but they do a much better job. One doctor was born deaf so it does take a bit of extra communication but very much worth it.
Have been going to Dr. Sturn for years. Super kind and makes make me feel at ease in the chair. I've had some bad toothaches and gotten them solved after a visit with Dr Sturn.
I had a pretty bad tooth ache with some sensitivity to cold. Met Dr Sturn and found him to be a very competent dentist who did not tell me I needed thousands of dollars in dental work. Instead he explained my tooth will eventually need to be removed/replaced and offered a referral. In the mean time he filled the cavity, prescribed some antibiotics and motrin. I was eeen quickly and he completed the work quickly. The young lady in the front office was very nice, polite, and attentive. I'm glad this is not a "chain/franchise" dentist. My experience with Byrd Dental (former dentist) was horrible with them proposing tens of thousands of dollars.
