I already liked everything and everyone,and the care provided. The part that I really appreciated was them getting my cat in after she tangled with the dog. We were literally in a room within 25 minutes from my call.

We love and cannot recommend Dr. Evans, Laural, Patrick, and many more incredible team members at Crossroads Veterinary! Our 130+ lb dog is treated with compassion and love ever since we've started seeing them for the past 4 years now. We've done boarding, check-ups, annual visits, shots, nutering, emergency panics, and many more things with them and will forever appreciate their dedication to the best care for our pup in any circumstance.

If I could have done this with a no star I would have… Never go to this place… My little dog Cody suffered for 25 mins it was so terrible what they did to my little boy… I have nightmares about it…. They gave him the first shot and left him on the floor and bleeding nose…. My little dog suffered so badly… I will never get over it and it’s been 7 months now… I wanted to wait before putting review in just Incase I thought it was something I should share… I know now that writing this review is absolutely the right thing to do… This is the kind of thing that people should know about… What happened to my little Cody should not have happened… Something like this it was so horrific you guys I really am not exaggerating. It was so horrific that I have nightmares about it and I’m not the nightmarish kind… There was nothing I could do for my little Cody as I begged them to please come and help and finish this, please come, I opened the back door and saw them standing at the counter and I’m begging them and I heard him say, “This is something she’s gonna have to live with.” I don’t know what goes through the mind of someone else… I never want anyone to ever have to live with or experience anything so horrific like this… Dr. Evans refused help my little Cody… It took him 25 minutes to get back in the room… My poor little dog was in there overdosing on. I don’t know what they gave him, but I don’t think it was the correct thing. There’s a very diverse group of people that work in Vet…. A lot of the good people I’ve noticed have left retired over through Covid… A very diverse group of people nose rings and purple and pink hair one side be male one side female hair… It was really really horrible… What Dr. Evans in his nurse or assistant did to my little Cody I’ll never be able to forgive them ever… Most of all I will never forgive myself for taking him there… God Bless my little Cody.

Horrible service. Our dog had surgery here and they 1. Left in his IV connector and 2. Didn’t prescribe the right pain medication. There are other options out there. Strongly suggest considering another option before stopping here

My dog and my cat, are my babies. I feel like they also love and care about our pets. They listen to our concerns, they give us advice, and they don't run unnecessary test or charge you for extra things that you don't need. Dr. Clark, which I just saw a few days ago, is so amazing. Loving, caring and everyone there always seems to be enjoying their job. So this place gets all the stars, if you love your animal and you want them to be well taken care of go to crossroads, veterinary clinic, and then there's a great place to grab dinner next door Village Burger.. amazing burgers and French fries ,wings, & beer. It's a great place. You can sit outside with your doggie, and if you ask, they might give you a little bit of ice cream. Just a suggestion, if you wanted to grab dinner or lunch or whatever.

I absolutely love this vet practice.I feel like I have finally found his forever vet. From the receptionist being so kind and helpful to the staff just being so welcoming. I was alway told my dog was aggressive but today we learned that my sweet boy is just anxious and scared. Milo wasn’t the easiest patient but they took the time to gain his trust. My boy is a healthy boy and he got his nails trimmed. Thank you Crossroads staff for taking the time to care.
