Brenna and Josh are truly the best in the business. I worked with them to both sell my condo and buy my home. They were so easy to communicate with, they are patient and explain complicated matters in a way that just makes sense. They helped me win my house in a crowded market with multiple bidders, and they were able to get my condo under contract in the first weekend it was listed. They are seriously the best, and it’s great you get a dynamic duo so between the two of them someone is always available to take your call. I’m so grateful I was able to work with them and I love that I still hear from them from time to time as well. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!
Brenna & Josh (& their entire team) are absolutely amazing & wonderful to work with. Both my husband & I have known the for years & they could not have done a more thorough job. They helped us buy our new home & sell our old home all within a month of each other. It was organized chaos & let me tell you…they THRIVE in the craziness!! Couldn’t have done it without them & would recommend them to all of our friends & family 1,000 times over! Love Burkhalter Realty Group!!
Really enjoyed working with the Burkhalter Realty Group! They made selling my home painless and profitable. I would and do recommend this group to anyone looking to buy and sell a home.
