Benjamin was fantastic! He called promptly and asked the right questions to make things easier. Sadly, my neighbor across the street died suddenly leaving his vehicle blocking entry into the garage. Someone had stolen both sets of keys to the F-250. His elderly Mom was dealing with that horrible loss of her 41 yr old son and trying to get the home in order. If you call the Ford dealership, not only do you have to tow the vehicle there (extra charges would apply for towing since there aren’t any keys!) and then they want to rob you of almost $1000!! :(. My daughter's car got stolen. We found the car and needed a locksmith. I called and they sent Roy. He was punctual and polite. Only took him a couple of minutes. He got the car started and saved the day. Thank you, Roy!

A door at my place of work got locked and we couldn't find the key to open it. The technician came out within 20 minutes of calling and had the door open within 15 minutes. Great service
