I was recommended this company and the inspector named Alberto by the same community we are moving into. I wrote to them asking for an inspection the next day since we had a short due diligence period. Gayla was very diligent!!!! I was quoted a time first time in the morning. Everything went smoothly, and we also got a FREE termite inspection. The repair cost estimates were very professional.
We received the inspection report, which was very detailed. Since this is our first home, we had some questions, and Alberto was able to explain everything in Spanish, which we appreciated A LOOOOT.

Sean an employee of your company performed a home inspection on our new home. My wife and I have had some terrible experiences using home inspection companies.
