We recently purchased a seasonal property in Northern Minnesota and were in need to have someone inspect the cottage. Jamie and Mari Jo kindly agreed to inspect our house in spite of the fact that it was located outside their stated service area. The inspection took several hours and they were very professional thorough all aspects of the assessment - structure, roofing, exterior/interior, electrical, heating, plumbing, insulation, attic and crawl space - resulting in a detailed report a few days later. Jamie provided an easy, professional, and thorough inspection. From the moment I reached him by phone to the report complete with photos and easy to understand explanations with possible DYI or professional hire fixes. I would definitely use him again for any home inspection needs.
