The owner of the company conned my project managers into paying for an entire unit before it was put in. They never installed the exterior units and I had to buy them from another company. Bob Stone took me for $10,000. He then filed bankruptcy on $100s of thousands. I know that for a fact, because I’ve got the bankruptcy papers. Do not do business with this company. You will regret it.

We are still waiting for some issues to be resolved that occurred immediately after a new unit was installed. We're expecting better support on final resolution.
It is now December 5, 2023. Mark has been out here twice, was going to speak with owner Bob, that was a month ago. We have called several times and were told they will get back to us when they talk to owner. Odor is getting worse and worse, reeking into other rooms. We have company coming starting the week before Christmas until the first of the year. And Yes we need that room. Family of 7.

We called Accuair b/c it was 85 degrees in my house when I got home from work. They were responsive and professional. We had our problem fixed the next day and they did a great job. I Highly recommend this company to restore comfort back to your home and will definitely aren’t not hesitate to call on them again when the need arises. Thanks guys!
