Excellent service! The technician was professional, very knowledgeable about the Lennox i-Comfort Thermastat heating/cooling system, and very thorough. The customer service rep was professional and got us scheduled right away. I liked receiving a text with a photo of who I should expect in our home to work on our system and a short description telling about them. The technician notified us with an ETA and arrived on time. He knew exactly what to do, was able to explain the problem and how he fixed it, and we have cool air again. I will be using them for semi-annual maintenance! The service was great. Professional. The technician was very helpful. But, even with the issue, my a/c was working. Now that he came it doesn't even turn on, so no a/c at all, which is very disappointing. You are getting the business of me purchasing from you, why not let it work a little until I get the new one. That's the only thong. Rachel Collins was great!
Very friendly and professional and he explained everything that caused drain to stop up. I would certainly use him again and would recommend him to my friends and family. And fixed it in a timely manner.
