I called Comfort Solutions Heating and Cooling after I had another company come and charge me a lot for a visit and diagnostics. That other company gave me a very high estimate and when I asked them to see the breakdown of the charges, they refused to do it. When I called Comfort Solutions Heating and Cooling and asked if they could give me an estimate on a repair, they did it without telling me they would have to come and diagnose I was very happy with their estimate, which was much more reasonable than the first company. I would recommend Comfort Solutions. They came out same day to review an issue we had with our furnace. They arrived promply and the technician Micheal was very knowledgeable.Update: Our issue occurred again two weeks later. Comfort solutions came back out same day to review and given our system was 19 years old, we decided to replace our system. Comfort provided us with options and reasonable pricing. No pressure salesmanship. The technicians that did the installation were amazing. They were professional knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend Comfort Solutions. They have a customer for life with us.
