“My husband and I are here on vacation when he had a problem with his hearing aids not being as loud as normal. We figured they needed cleaned but unfortunately we didn’t bring everything with us to properly clean them. Called Coastal Hearing Centers, who our audiologist at home recommended. They took us the same day and showed us how and cleaned his hearing aids and replaced the domes and determined the ones he had were a little too big. Sabrina was great, very friendly, took care of the issues. We definitely recommend them and will call them again if we have any hearing aid issues again!!!!“

“My Daddy has been real sick with Covid and then diverticulitis. I spoke with Dr Rio's on one occasion and he was really down to earth. Since I live 6 hours away from daddy now it's hard to do a lot but I feel he is in good hands. Thank you for all you do.

“Pushpa Singh is the most caring, thorough and personable provider you could find. She is an absolute treasure! I would rate 5 stars except the demeanor of the office staff brings my overall rating down. Such a hapless group. I don't know if it is a morale issue, but whatever it is I hope they find ways to make things better.

Update: At subsequent visits I've seen a marked improvement in the atmosphere in the office. Staff are more friendly and helpful. Very pleased!“
