Pushpa Singh is the most caring, thorough and personable provider you could find. She is an absolute treasure! I would rate 5 stars except the demeanor of the office staff brings my overall rating down. Such a hapless group. I don't know if it is a morale issue, but whatever it is I hope they find ways to make things better.
Update: At subsequent visits I've seen a marked improvement in the atmosphere in the office. Staff are more friendly and helpful. Very pleased!
Amanda Petty and Dr. Galea have been nothing but exceptional at this point… my second appointment is complete and nothing short of an hour each time of personal time with the physicians. While none of us have that much time, I value that they took the time to really dig deep and listen and ASK. Give credit where credit is due… society forgets that part and we need to keep our great folks here and motivated.
I highly recommend Satilla Rheumatology. The Front staff, Dr. Galea, his NP's that work under him and also the Nurses are very friendly. They really listen and understand everything that you talk to them about. Very fast and timely visits, barely a wait time. I would recommend them to anyone who asks!
