And once again, I am amazed at the customer service that this company continues to bring day in and out. Alex came out to the house, he communicated very well with me and not only explained the issue but taught me what to look for and how to replace it in the future. He even repaired a couple things around my unit that he felt would make the unit safer. I asked him if he could look at my thermostat inside the house bc I had a new smart thermostat that I didn’t understand the wiring and he showed me how to do it and also took care of that for me as well. This company continues to put their customers first and I am grateful for them.
