You showed up on a super short notice today and the technician literally must have performed a miracle. I wish I had caught his name but he was great and the ac cooled for the first time in weeks!
Just had them do a whole home overhaul for us. New combo unit for heat and air, new ducts, the whole nine. Everyone from the guy that gave us the estimate, to the technicians that did the service were extremely professional and nice! The price we got quoted was great in comparison to what I’ve heard other companies are charging for similarly sized houses. Pruett was extremely responsive(they were out within the hour of my initial call to give us the estimate), answered any questions we had, and provided great customer service all around. I’ll continue to use Pruett moving forward!
These folks did a great job with my AC replacement. Very professional crew that had a big job to replace my entire unit. Worked all day but got it done. Had one minor technical glitch but they came back out to make it right. I definitely recommend these folks for AC work. .
