Just got my laptop back and it works wonderful. Way faster than it was and he was everything to save important files and programs. Communicated the issues once diagnosed and gave me options and recommendations to fix. It took a couple of days to determine issue and fix it. Would recommend if you have computer issues. I'm very pleased with them and the price was fair

John is nothing short of a professional guy. I came to him with my custom built pc that was having problems booting into windows and nothing being displayed to my monitor. I tried everything that I could and nothing would work. I decided to get help from someone, and I’m so glad that I chose Jbod Tech. He was very professional and communicated to me what he was doing and what he thinks the issue was pretty often, and eventually fixed my issue. He even offered some of his professional advice on how to upgrade my build from here on out. The HD on my MacBook Pro went wonky and I thought I'd lost all my files. John at JBODTECH was able to recover them and I'm so grateful. Competitively priced with deep technical knowledge. And a pleasure to deal with. Now I know where to go for tech services in the future!
