We recently had to let one of our furbabies cross the rainbow bridge and the compassion and empathy that Dr. Thompson and his staff had during this rough time was amazing. Dr. Thompson spoke with my kids and explained (in a way they would understand) that “we weren’t doing this to him, we are doing it for him”. “Tyler is an experienced, wonderful, miracle worker trainer! Our rescue dog, Buckeye, spent over a month with Tyler. He clearly had limited socialization and we needed help! She was able to give Buckeye the training and structure he needed to gain confidence and learn to be a dog for humans:)! She worked with us in detail at pick up, and continues to support us when we text her with questions. We cannot believe his progress. Hands down, the best trainer!!!!“
