About The Doggy Dorm
The Doggy Dorm is highly praised for its exceptional dog training services, led by the experienced trainer, Tyler. Many clients have shared success stories about their dogs' transformations after spending time at the facility. The use of an e-collar is highlighted as an effective training tool, with a thorough manual and training session for owners to reinforce their new behaviors. Clients appreciate Tyler's hands-on approach, as she provides detailed guidance during pick-up and ongoing support even after training. The Doggy Dorm is recognized as a transformative place for dogs and their families, making it a top choice for pet owners seeking training help. Clients are delighted with the fantastic care and communication provided by the team, especially for dogs with special needs, such as a blind dog who prefers to hang out with people. The training program has been described as exceptional, with clients amazed at the transformation of their dogs, including a 1-year-old rescued Golden Retriever who lacked proper socialization and manners, and a 1-year-old wild Golden Retriever who underwent manners, leash walking, and reactivity training.
Tyler and her team are phenomenal at what they do. They took my wild and crazy 10 month old lab with zero boundaries and turned him into a well mannered, calm and confident companion for my entire family. They treated my dog Blue like one of their own and I will be forever grateful for that! Blue took to them just as easily and I know he loved his time training there. I know I also found a place we can board him in the future and feel at ease knowing he is with folks he loves and trusts as much as his own family! What a wonderful program. It has completely changed our dynamic in the very best way. So grateful for these people and the amazing work they do for our fur babies!
We are so happy to finally find an amazing place to board our dogs. One of our dogs is blind and prefers to hang out with people so it’s always reassuring that their team does a fantastic job taking care of her and communicating with us.
We brought our 4-year old lagotto Yogi here after our daughter was born because he was struggling not being the center of attention anymore. Was pawing at guests and the baby, eating things he shouldn't for attention, yelping, etc. and it was becoming harder to watch him than our newborn for my wife and I.
After the 4-week training course with Tyler and the team he is still our same loving dog but calmer and a much better listener! He is great around our 1-year old as well, can't thank Doggy Dorm enough for helping our family and would recommend to anyone!
