“Vet and vet tech were kind and comforting for my dog as he got poked and prodded. They were very professional and caring during his appointment. Checkout was a frustrating situation that wasn't handled as professionally in my mind. There isn't any upfront communication that American Express is not an accepted form of payment and that was all I had. So it was not a great ending to an otherwise good experience.“
