In emergency situations, they respond promptly and with compassion. Owners appreciate the peaceful and relaxed experience they provide, making it a trusted choice for pet care. This place is amazing! They are the best vet around! They’re so caring and nice, and they take good care of my baby. They listen to any concerns and always put people at ease. Very nice and caring staff that were so nice and understanding and took the cat in, gave him an exam and replaced the libre with no problem. Even though they were from out of town they took care of them like their own. They did everything they could to make it a good one.
So far, we love that we switched & started coming to this vet! IMO, you get more personal care & attention. They spend enough time listening & also explaining. The prices are right on & do not seem to be overly inflated like others we have been to. We have an adopted little Pit mix who is scared of everything & they have been nothing but patient & understanding & so very good with her. They really do listen & work with you & ur situation!! Happy to have found them!
Villa Rica Animal Hospital has taken care of my fur babies for years. They were right with me when I had to make tough decisions and celebrated with me when I adopted my newest dog. My Otis is super scared and shy and they are always so patient with my boy. Thank you to everyone from the front desk, techs and doctors!!!
Excellent service provided by Nurse Lindsey for my kitty Noel! Thank you again Dr. Madden for fitting us in last minute and Lindsey for taking the time to explain discharge instructions clearly. He’s feeling spunky this Halloween morning with his little shirt! 🥰💚
