I did have an issue the shipping company smashed the new door with the fork lift forks and it was replaced ASAP.. Robbie help fix the entire thing with very little hassle and I received exactly what I needed.. Thanks you guys I have used you in the past and will again in the future.
Let me tell you about the incompetence and utter ignorance of steeldoordepot.com. These guys are a bunch of no talent ass clowns! If you deal with Robbie from GA this inbred SOB has the philosophy, we have your money, now screw off with any problems! They will not answer emails, contact page submissions, or phone calls.I ordered a 139" wide door, invoice shows in fact 139", but what I got was a 145" door, I believe it's to high as well but will not know until I get it up. I am having to cut the door down to make fit, this includes cutting the drum down, cutting the torsion spring down to fit new drum size as well as the steel door itself. The extra 6 inches is the difference of fitting in my new workshop or not. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE IDIOTS.Dustin Rabe
