“I hired Charles to do renovation work for my rental property. This included a complete redo of a bathroom with tiling, fixtures and vanity installation, plus drywall repairs and flooring throughout the space. I appreciate that he worked with me to figure out the right grade of materials needed to get the result I wanted while staying within my budget. The communication with Charles was great and he kept me updated on his schedule throughout the whole process. He followed through on everything we discussed and even took care of a couple extra little things that I had forgotten to mention. I could tell how much he cares about his work because everything was done thoroughly and properly. I'm really happy I found him and I recommend him highly.”
