My garage door would not open or close and I'm clueless on how to fix it. I sent National Garage a quote request and they responded immediately! I sent them pictures of my unit and he had me try a couple things before coming out. Turns out I just needed to unplug the unit for a few minutes and plug it back in. Genius! haha Instead of taking advantage of my situation and charging some high fee, he walked me through it to see if we could solve it without any fees at all. I very much appreciate the time spent over the phone! I will definitely be calling in the future if/when this old garage needs more than just a "reboot". Thanks again!!
