We have called Waller H&A on a couple of occasions and have been consistently impressed by their exceptional customer service and fair pricing. Scheduling was simple, the technician arrived promptly, and they were both professional and knowledgeable. He also took the time to thoroughly explain the issues and walk us through available options.
We had a compressor go out in our 17 year old AC unit and called Waller Heating & Air and they came out less than 2 hours later to inspect it. Morgan and his team were very helpful and explained to us how much it would be for repair versus a new unit. Once we decided we’d rather have a new unit installed Morgan and his team moved quick and had an entire new system up and running in our home within 48 hours. 10/10 would recommend going with this company they made the process quick and seamless!

Originally, I had a different local company (R&S) come out when my AC quick blowing cold. That company said my unit was no good and needed to be completely replaced to the tune of over $10,000.00+ and made me go through the whole Sales Man with Manager Close, Dog and Pony Show! They were very pushy, and we're trying to rush me into signing their contract. I felt like I was being railroaded. I wouldn't sign the paperwork same day and the sales manager then started blowing up my phone several times a day for a few days.... read full review
