We had appointment at 3:00pm and they took us inside after 4:15. When I asked the lady she was so rude at the front desk. DISAPPOINTED.

This place is all about money and not the patient! Husband had a stroke the day of his appointment and they want to charge 70 dollars cuz he missed it. Been going there for 4-5 months for his amputated foot and did nothing for him. It's infected to the bone still. Rude and very unprofessional!

I couldn’t even get passed the front. At the time I went an Allie was in the front she has made it known she isn’t a manager of any kind but she was absolutely awful. She was disrespectful, unprofessional and has absolutely no empathy and should not be in the medical field. The fact others have stopped working there because of her and other patients have had the same experience with her speaks for its self. Which I hate because those office normally have the best doctors who never know their staff is the way it is.

My husband and I waited for over an hour past his appointment time (we arrived 15 minutes early) with no explanation and with people who arrived after we did taken back before us. The care we had gotten in the past was adequate, with the Dr Daughtry having a condescending attitude but we did finally get the diabetic ulcer healed.

Dr. Woods and his staff always treat me kindly. As a senior citizen that’s what how we like to be treated. His staff is professional and at the same time humorous.

Dr Wallace is the best. I had surgery, big toe big knuckle replacement in March 2025. Foot is back to normal. I would recommend Dr. Wallace and give him 5 stars. Dr Wallace takes time to explain all and don't rush you out of the exam room. His office is top notch and staff personnel very caring.

Valdosta Foot and Ankle are very courteous and concerned. The financial coordinator which is the office manager explains into detail your cost of your surgery and upfront cost and gives you time to get it paid. Dr. Daugherty and Dr. Wallace have thumbs up too for their time and effort. They make you feel right at home. The entire staff is awesome and just as nice as they can be. I would recommend everyone to VFA. It was a pleasure!
