Gracie (with pink and blue hair) is honestly the reason I still feel comfortable to shop in Ulta. She’s very patient, helpful, and kind. She deserves a raise for retaining a customer!

My daughter came home today in the best mood (a rare sight for a teenager!). She couldn’t stop talking about Marilyn at Ulta and how kind and uplifting she was during her visit. She said their interaction completely made her day!
