Tyler came by today for our seasonal maintenance. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. He was kind enough to even change the filters for me. Highly recommend Ray & Sons. Thanks Tyler!
I called after our HVAC system completely shut down. Tyler responded extremely quickly, which was a huge relief. He was able to diagnose the issue in minutes—a broken fan motor. Within an hour of his arrival, the A/C was fixed, and our sweltering house was finally cool and comfortable again. 10/10 service, fast diagnosis, and a super-fast repair. I will definitely be using them again!
My heat was not working and temps in the 20s were expected. Customer care with Rays begins with the wonderful Stephanie in the office. She is friendly and professional and set a same day appointment. Soon Rafael was at our door. (We call him Mr Happy) lol. He displays such care for us, our comfort, and it's obvious he takes pride in his work. Just an exceptional company all aroind. Prices are fair also. Going to continue to call Ray & Son for all my HVAC needs!!
