This guy was rude and wouldn’t listen to any of my requests!. I pay for the experience and the service! The lady apologized and finished the job. She did a good job but the overall experience and customer service needs work.

I was a little nervous going here at first, but honestly my nails are good. The complaints I have are that they do like their money so they did press me to get gel nails and I wanted a nude pink so they insisted on French tips. At first I was just worried about how much money I’ll be spending because I don’t know exactly how much everything should cost. I don’t get my nails done often. In the end I got short dip powdered acrylic nails with French tips and a pedicure with gel French tips. My boyfriend also got a pedicure with no color though. All of it added up to $165. I’m very disappointed with this place. I came in for a fill and told them as soon as they asked. I kept telling the first nail tech it was colored acrylic and she kept saying something about dip but I couldn’t really hear her. She then proceeds to remove my current acrylics. She then preps me for dip nails. I stopped her and told her that I’ve never done dip, my nails are too brittle and I want acrylic. Like 4 other ladies came and then finally one understood what I was saying and she took me over and fixed it. They still charged me $60 when it wasn’t even my Doing.
