I've came in a few times for both me and my 2 daughters at different times. The hairstyles cut my hair once and did both of my kids styles at different times. She was great. I went in for a haircut. I showed the stylist a picture of the cut that i wanted. I got nothing I asked for. My hair is butchered. I was told that she was a master stylist. I won't be going back.
Aug 1st I was out running errands & stopped at JCPenny salon to see if they had any openings or if I could get an appt. When I walked up to the counter there was two women & then one went to the back. I asked the women about opening or appt for a hair cut. Very fast & short she said there was no openings. I guess I wasn’t dressed appropriately, I was in shorts & t-shirt. What she doesn’t know is how well of a tipper I am. She should not have & never should she judge a book by its cover. I have never come across such a rude, unhappy woman in a business.
