Mr. Jason Yarbrough and Mr. Matt with AWS Water Systems was in our area. As part of their community service outreach, they offered free water testing. We'd recently purchased a water filtration system from a different company so I didn't expect them to find an issue. However upon testing it, Mr. Jason did and advised us to inform that company of the issue. He is very knowledgeable and offered suggestions to keep the water system operating properly as well as info about other items in the home. They were very nice and professional. Thank God for them revealing an issue we didn't know we had so it can be addressed before getting worse.
Matt & Jason showed so much concern and were quite knowledgeable in their descriptions and demonstrations. They answered all our questions in detail with necessary education and scientific explanations. They were very personable after we had finished the diagnostic aspect and provided what we think is unbiased recommendation when we asked. It is quite notable that they were ready to leave after the diagnostics until we compelled them to provide us with recommendations. They were also helpful in making the application seamless for us. Very good appointment with Matt and Mike. Went over water quality very professional and easy to understand. No pressure just lots of information on my water. This is not just a higher a salesman company . These guys are very professional and they understand Water and it’s chemistry very well. I was impressed. I highly recommend giving them a call.
