Kam and the other coaches do a great job teaching my 2 boys . My boys are new to the sport and they take time to make sure they understand it . It has definitely helped them with there confidence, taught them control and prepared them to defend themselves.

Best place to train for at least 100 miles. Great coach. This gym has something for everyone. Whether you are trying to be a pro fighter, just boost your fitness, or teach your kids some discipline and self confidence this is the team for you.

To me this place is a oasis in a desert, I drive an hour to get here and it’s well worth it, Kam is super cool and makes sure you feel comfortable, great instructors all around to.
