Got my car keys done with no issues but kept helping every person when they came in. I have no issue with helping someone when they come in but helping everyone and making my keys take 3x longer is a bit much. Should be a first come first serve system. Other than that, I would recommend.

I've used them for years, but just last Tuesday my daughter lost the only copy of a car key we had in the woods while four-wheeling. After several hours of fruitless searching I called the guys at Ace. They were able to look up my VIN, download a code, and cut a new key that worked perfectly. This kind of fast, friendly service is unheard of these days. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Come see them for any key or lock related needs, they will absolutely take care of you.

Wonderful people that work here! I came in to get extra keys for my Kia because my FOB key had broken. The kind man that helped me, fixed my broken FOB key and made copies. Thank you! Will recommend you to ones I know that need a locksmith or extra keys.
