Justin took the (free) time to answer too many of my questions, and navigated a difficult problem. Knew what they could and couldn’t do in the moment, did what they could, then followed up within the hour to say they could do the impossible. Many, many thanks.
Justin from Acme Safe went above and beyond! He changed my lock quickly and charged less than expected.More importantly, he took the initiative to point out a serious design defect in my original lock that could have eventually trapped me inside or locked me out. Since I only have one entrance, he proactively offered to replace it. He fixed the dangerous flaw right then and there, and generously did not charge any extra labor.I am so grateful for Justin’s expertise and care. He truly saved me from a stressful, risky situation down the road. Thank you so much, Justin!
Called Chris at Acme Safe Valentine's Day night when the apartment door latch broke and we were locked out of the apartment. Chris was very helpful and caring and saved Valentine's Day by helping us get the door open. Thanks so much!
