They replaced a bathroom sink faucet, repaired a leak in my shower, and replaced a toilet. They took the old toilet away for me and all the packaging trash, and were even careful not to spill toilet water on the floor when transporting the old one outside. HIS plumbers does not service this area, but since I was a prior customer David the owner and his team took the job on short notice. They installed approximately 90’ feet of sewer line in two days!I was particularly impressed that the owner David was onsite working with his team. The staff are incredibly professional, especially Brandy and Kim who are with me and my family every step of the way when we purchased our first spa, the bullfrog swim spa we were apprehensive about the learning curve since we’ve never owned a spa before, and we quite literally jumped right into the deep end of spa ownership, the entire Brown staff continues to answer my endless stream of questions with great enthusiasm and kindness, and they continue to ensure my family and I are reaping the highest value out of our spa each day. As for the swim spa, I couldn’t recommend the purchase of that enough either it is an incredible alternative.
