After being advised by 2 other plumbing services just to replace the whole unit, Aaron was able to replace 2 parts for me and with the service charge included; the bill was right around $500. Aaron even made a quick trip back to my house to clear the pipe on the kitchen sink as a piece of sediment got in there during the repair and water was not coming out. “Called yesterday because I had an amateur try to take the tub spout off and twisted the copper pipe off inside the wall. Mike Stone tried to get someone out the same day but they were tied up and that’s ok. One of his guys came first thing in the morning and fixed it rather quickly even after cutting into the sheet rock. He left the bathroom clean as if he was never there.
