His carpentry skills were outstanding. The damaged trim around my double front doors was expertly rebuilt, and areas of wood that had been chewed by my dog were repaired so seamlessly that the damage is completely undetectable. He also carefully touched up the stained areas, blending the finish beautifully with the surrounding wood so the entire door unit did not have to be replaced.
He took great care in removing and replacing trim that had been severely damaged by squirrels. Rather than applying quick patches, he repaired or replaced each area properly, demonstrating pride in his workmanship.
I am truly appreciative and grateful for the care, professionalism, and consideration Sanford gave my home. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing painting, carpentry, or exterior home repairs.“

He called me. He kept me updated and informed of everything that he needed to be done and took his time to explain the work to an elderly woman (mom)a person like that does not come every day so I appreciate you, Mr. Justin for taking care of my mom you did a wonderful job and thank you Royal Flushing for having such good dedicated and trusting people working for you.“
