I had Long’s come out to pump my septic tank in Fayetteville. They were recommended by a friend, and I’m sure glad he did. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Scheduling was incredibly easy, and pricing was straightforward with no hidden fees or gotcha charges. Everything was clearly explained.

Megan was great to work with as well! I wasn’t able to be home, but she let me know what was going on, sent pictures, and helped educate me without trying to confuse me or sell me anything extra.

I will 100% be using them for any future work, as well as recommending them to anyone that asks!

We just had our system pumped and filter cleaned by Tyler and Meagan. Temps were around 20 degrees and they both had the nicest attitudes and made sure that any questions I had were answered. Their price was reasonable and they were able to come out within a day or so from the time I called. They arrived when they said they would. Highly recommend.

Hands down, the best service ever! The owner was a total pro and didn't try to sell me stuff my client didn't need, unlike that other septic company that tried to take my client for a ride earlier this year. I'm giving them two thumbs way up - they won't leave you feeling crappy💩 or ripped off! 😃
