“These guys are awesome! We had a fan that was replaced. The new fan made a rotational noise. They debugged the issue and now ... NO noise. We had a 2nd fan that wouldn't work after the receiver module was replaced. They debugged that and now it works! They're patient when working problems and, most importantly, they READ the owners manuals that come with the fans. “I do school social work for Whitfield County Schools. Every year before Christmas Mario reaches out to me and offers his assistance to the most needy in our community. He also pays for trips and equipment for our local school teams. He does this because he knows our school system doesn't budget for such things. No, he didn't ask to write the review because he does not do it for the recognition. He just does it. It saddens me that people are posting poor reviews on an something that very common with all service companies as timelines.
