My eye exam was done on April 4, 2023. I visited the Tucker location and the doctor was amazing. After the eye exam I decided to order my glasses with them and was assisted by Eve. The location was a disaster due to the remodeling. Eve pulled out several frames from boxes and I found one that I liked. I told her that I need that frame in silver and she confirmed that it would be. I even asked her again before I left that I wanted silver/gray only. I returned on 4/26, well pass the two weeks they had quoted me. The frames I got from them were not silver/gray but red. I told her that is not what I ordered and she argued with me. I decided to cancel the entire order and pay the 30 percent cancelation fee. Eve told me that I would get a check for the difference even though I had paid with my credit card and wanted a credit back on my credit card. Eve told me that the person that does the credit was not in and I needed to wait 2 weeks to get my money back or credit. After two weeks, I still have not gotten my credit and no glasses. I contacted Eve's supervisor Ms. Jordan and left several messages. Till this day, she has not contacted me back in regards to this issue. I have now decided to dispute the charge with my credit card and let everybody know to avoid this company. Today's date is 5/18/2023.
