I found this practice through my new insurance app and was nervous but everyone in the office was GREAT! The wait wasn’t long at all after I finished my paperwork not even 10 minutes later I was in the back. The doctor was very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk was nice as well and even helped me figure out what my vision insurance was and what my next copay would be. I was planning on going back to my old optometrist for my eye exam but after my visit yesterday I decided to stick with this office permanently. 10/10.
Prompt and efficient service, excellent people skill on the part of doctor, clear and specific explanations of test results, great advice on expected changes, an excellent experience from beginning to end.
Dr Brigette Rabitsch was fantastic. I had an emergency & got to she her instead of the regular Dr I see in this practice. She was fantastic, I loved the way she listened to me. She explained what was happening to my eye. She explained the treatment plan& my eyes are feeling much better.
