I have been a patient of Dr. Glass for years. He has always taken care of my eyes and with an autoimmune disease takes special care. With that being said the reviews I have read are appalling because I have never experienced anything other than immaculate care and wonderful customer service when speaking with Mrs. Amy. They have always found a way to accommodate me even in a pinch. All I would say is to go and check Dr. Glass out for yourself and have your own experience.
Attention to detail, abundant patience, and a calming presence, Dr. Glass is by far the best opthalmologist I have encountered. His office manager Amy, is insurance savvy, as well.
Dr. Glass has been providing me and my family excellent service for over 30 years. He is an outstanding doctor. His office is always responsive and first class. Thank you Amy. Thank you Dr. Glass.
