The entire staff at O&H is amazing. From the time I call and talk to Cassie to the time Phill or Will comes to repair the problem, they are all absolutely amazing. I won't use anyone but O&H.
They were prompt on arrival for our first call, my service tech was very helpful, transparent and I never felt pressured during the process. All or my questions were deleted thoroughly, d I was given quotes for parts/labor before any work was done that I didn't request. My service tech Will even repaired a damaged copper line s saved me from a larger and more time consuming replacement. Id highly recommend using them. I paid just over $1000, but they recharged freon in 3 units, repaired a damaged line and did general troubleshooting.

From the start to the finish of the project they did amazing! THE MOST fair pricing around and we shopped 5 different companies. Guided us to what would be best for our home and explained why, but in the end was not pushy at all. Allowed us to make the choice. Fast turn around time. Quick and professional manner during the hours it took them to install. Easy wifi panel installed, explained and got us rocking and rolling with cold air 🙌😎
