Service Technician, Harrison was punctual and proficient in assessing the condition of my air conditioning unit. He suggested enhancements to make my unit work more efficiently as well as wrote down a buket list of things to be done in the order of urgency. I was left with a detailed explanation of pricing and discounts as well as payment options for future cleanings, services and financial options if need. I had a new ac unit installed and the guys that came out were amazing very professional and answered all my questions. The were very clean and couldn’t even tell they were besides the new ac unit.
Automated system scheduling, followed by follow-up with real person to double check information within minutes afterwards. Plumber was friendly, informative and timely. Overall wonderful experience. This is my second time using their services. No disappointments so far. Expectations meet both times. Price wish it was cheaper, but the availability and being able to be seen either same day or next day was worth it. Tried calling other companies either they did not answer phone or booked days out. Shout out to Ben, you were wonderful.
