Of all the eye care and optical shops I've visited, Eye Believe stands out as the best in terms of professionalism, service quality, and genuine kindness – everything one could hope for. Today, I had a minor issue with my glasses and decided to return to the place where I had purchased them. The staff here were incredibly responsive and caring. Even though two of them offered assistance, I only needed one person's help. Everyone is so friendly here. I had a couple of scheduling conflicts come up last minute and the staff was incredibly gracious and helpful with finding another time to fit me in their schedule. My husband and I went on separate days and both had great experiences with the doctors as well!

They were the only eye glasses place tried to help me to fix my kind of broken glasses when everyone else refuses because I didn’t get my glasses at their stores. So I went back and got myself a new pair of glasses with them today and they were so kind and helpful and didn’t try to charge me for unnecessary add-ons. I highly recommend them!
