Alan was so helpful. Came on Thursday night, helped us pick the right product and arranged installation on Saturday! No games and so honest. I’ll always be an Empire customer !
Kevin E. did my consultation and was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He made sure I knew what my options were in regards to durability and quality of flooring as well as financing options.
