We had a great experience with FCI as they placed porcelain tiles on our outdoor deck/veranda. The workers were extemely nice, showed up when they said they would and worked outside on some pretty cold mornings (below freezing) to get the job done. They cleaned and left things in good order every evening when they left and the job was beautifully done. The owner, Ken, was very available throughout the project and personally inspected it at the end. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I can't say enough good things about the entire Floor Coverings International team. We've had so many different contractors and service providers and it's so hard to find a trustworthy partner for major projects. Ken Carter and Mike Ryan are exactly that - two trusted professionals with the highest integrity who are more than happy to help us with what we don't know and guided our flooring project to its final state where it looks fantastic.
