"First let me say that our entire experience was excellent. We installed one new room then changed color and finished hard wood floors on our main level as well as replaced carpet upstairs and down. New flooring for the entire home. We love the outcome. Things started by the team coming to the house with samples right on the truck. This was awesome! We could check colors and textures with our belongings. This saved a bunch of time. Once we made our selections and made our deposit, we were moved onto the schedule for install. Every appointment was kept on time throughout our nearly two-week experience. The hardwood crew and carpet crew were top notch and highly experienced. This was very satisfying. The crews moved all the furniture and stuff out then in saving us a LOT of work. The entire project was completed on time and on budget. We heard from our sales associate every day to make sure everything was on track and to our satisfaction. We really appreciated the regular communication. We could not be happier.
