Experience in office was as it should be, but a week later, no rx refills sent in to the pharmacy I provided information for. I did however, get the link for a costly name brand internet rx. My guess is they make the most money off that one.

Follow up. The rx was “intended” to be sent. Was just never done. But they had the best intentions. 😒

This office has been wonderful to us! Always easy to get appointments and quickly to get back to provider! Love the PA Gabby ! She took her time with us to answer questions and explain detail. Definitely recommend! We drive over hour and half to commute because of the service and will continue to go so!

I have always appreciated the doctors here and felt they were knowledgeable, caring, and gave good service. But the wait times keep getting long and longer. I often have to wait about 20 to 30 minutes to get called and another 15 to 20 minutes to be seen in the exam room, if not more. Today, I arrived 10 minutes early but the room was packed. I noticed that no one was getting called back for a while. One man got up and left. Finally, after waiting 30 minutes, I asked how long the wait was going to be. Three people were ahead of me still they said so I got a refund and left. I’ll be going to a new place from now on.
