“I hope this email finds you all in good spirits. I wanted to send this note before my pleasant experience wears off.This letter is addressing the services and medical bedside manners I've endured thus far from Dr. Amanda Sanders, Aesthetician Marisa Costigan and your front desk patient administrator Gina.I've been coming to your practice for close to almost 2+yrs now and this message of gratitude is well overdue.I am not new to the medical cosmetology process; however you would think by now I would have thick skin and a hi tolerance for pain and fear. Unfortunately, that is not the case. With that said, I am someone who needs extra hand holding, continuous assurance and at times a red balloon when seeking medical services.That is exactly what I received and encountered during all my visits to the John's Creek location of Dermatology Associates of Georgia.Dr. Amanda Sanders is a prize gem and as gentle as a Q-tip - I've been a patient of hers for many many years now and refuse to divorce her (LOL). Dr. Sanders takes her time in explaining your diagnosis, care/recommendations and most importantly preventions and seals it with assurance you will survive and enjoy your cosmetic results. She as cared for rashes, moles, adult breakouts, allergic reactions, botox/fillers. She doesn't know this EmojiEmojibut I am the president of the AMANDA SANDERS FAN CLUB ...XOXOX.The entire experience starts as soon as you enter the facility & pleasantly welcomed by the jovial and witty Gina. Now Gina does more than just greet and check in patients. She is knowledgeable of all procedures and very educated on the products. As a matter of fact, I've taken some recommendations on facial items and very pleased to this day. It's good to know you can enter a medical facility and be greeted with a smile, a pleasant attitude, great conversation to take your mind off of the white-knuckle experience you are about endure.Lastly, I was introduced to Marisa Costigan. In previous discussions with Amanda and Gina my interest in getting hair laser removal in preparation for the upcoming warm summer months. As always i was provided with details on what to expect and provided the time to consult and meet with Marisa as she was in between appointments. She answered all 101 questions, provided assurance i had nothing to worry about & offered a pain relief option. I was sold and booked for my first experience with hair laser removal for the mere fact i was heard and trusted the medical experience in your staff. So far the laser is going just as planned (pain is tolerable) and i can see results in the time stated just like Marisa explained.Similar to the same service & care received by Amanda & Marisa did not disappoint, sympathetic care with a huge dose of delicacy, compassion and patience. Prior to every laser setting she guided me thru breathing and offering certainty that I would make it out alive. My 1st appointment probably should not have lasted as long as it did - however i needed the extra 'baby holding' time.This is merely the reason for writing this letter. In trusting Dr. Sanders knowledge, wealth of experience & skills for many years, along with Gina's friendly greetings (no matter the weather) and the personal care offered by Marisa makes me feel comfortable that i have chosen the exact place where i can achieve my cosmetic goal(s) & care for any unexpected medical procedures which may arise. I am truly happily pleased with my medical team and you all as a dermatologist provider.Please take the time and share this note & acknowledge the individuals mentioned (Amanda, Gina and Marisa). I know we are in times where we need to shuffle folks in and out quickly and assure payments are made. But please do not forget about the consumer.
