I have a complex/odd medical history but I sought help originally for chronic pain and muscle spasms as a result from an extensive back surgery (18 years ago) with spinal fusion & rod placement (T2-L5) due to aggressive scoliosis. I’ve been to numerous PTs -which were helpful- but because of scarring from surgery and muscles/joints compensating from lack of range of motion due to rods, the same problems were happen again and again. As an RN, I know Chiropractors are safe, knowledgeable and experienced but with my limited ROM I wasn’t sure what could be provided for me since most of my spine is “off limits”.
Dr. Laura seemed confident that she could help and I’m so glad I trusted her. It’s only been ONE month and I’m feeling better than I have in years. She is checking off my problems one by one. Her massage therapists are are incredible. This group of people has been the only thing to provide me relief in 7 years. The massages are a “take a deep breath and get ready to work” kind of massage which has made a night and day difference in my chronic pain.
Last but not least - Dr. Laura listens! I bring up pain, a thought, feeling, etc., and she is already looking into it and seeing how we can address it. I’ll never stop coming here!
