I came to Caputo Chiropractic with pain and when x rays were taken, I was surprised and so scared of seeing a damaged spine. I had always been active and for a moment,. I was devastated.... However, within minutes, I was told about the treatment that would help reverse the damage and within minutes, I was hopeful again and ready to begin. I was a little hesitant to get my first adjustment, but since I recently started working as a chiropractic assistant, I felt it was important to experience it myself, not just to understand the mechanics, but also how patients feel.
Dr. Caputo immediately eased all of my concerns by explaining everything he was doing throughout the process, which made me feel really comfortable. I did feel a bit sore afterward, but knowing that it’s normal as your muscles adjust made it much less concerning. With a little rest and an ice pack, it was totally manageable.
