“I love Richelle! I’ve been seeing her consistently for a year and my skin has never looked better! Prior to finding The Rose Bloom, I was seeing a dermatologist and aesthetician but after years of treatments (and expensive ones at that ??) “Their business practices are pressure driven. They have a third party caller trying to get you to sign up and get a deposit from you. I was waiting for a house to sell and that was the condition I set. Once I sent the deposit, it was game on. The appointment for the procedure was made like 90 days out. When the deadline was approaching, i called to get a refund because the house had not sold. They wouldn't refund my $4500 for some lame excuse. It was well outside of 30 days, so I went to my bank and they did reverse charge because SR wasn't reasonable. SR had the balls to reach out to recharge so they could issue a refund. Nope.... And...they blocked me...I have the screenshot.“
