The staff here are so accommodating and I never felt rushed. They took the time to answer all of my questions to ensure that I was fully informed with realistic expectations. I had a VI Chemical Peel and some Tox and I am 100% pleased with the results. Komal and Michelle were super professional and knowledgeable. My initial consult was with Rashmi and she was amazing too. I had to change my appointment several times due to work travel and they worked with me until the date was perfect. I’m DEFINITELY coming back.
I am new to the Decatur area & was terrified of finding a new injector to work on my face. I spent some time looking at Google reviews and social media before choosing Chin Up Decatur. The office is clean, comfortable and decorated nice. Romina greeted me with a smile & was very kind while checking me in & getting me settled. Michelle spent time reviewing my history, evaluating my face and coming up with a game plan that suited me best. She was patient, listened & never made me feel rushed.
